<p>The present invention relates to a filter unit for ventilators, especially kitchen range ventilators, comprising air intake openings (5) along the edges of the unit, the forward openings being arranged in the front side (4) of the filter unit while the other openings are arranged in the underside of the filter unit, and air deflector means (8), consisting of staggered rows of pin-like elements arranged parallel to the edges of the unit and extending perpendicular to the bottom plane of the unit. According to the invention, the filter unit consists of a bottom section (1) and a top section (2), cooperating to form air intake ducts which become inwardly narrower.</p> |
