摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To improve a measuring accuracy, by calculating a meandering magnitude of a plate and a camber shape at outlet during rolling, based on the position of the plate in the width direction at the outlet of the rolling mill, rolling speed, peripheral speed of the rolling roll and the camber shape at the preceding pass. CONSTITUTION:On the outlet side position of the rolling mill where any interference of a side guide is not suffered, one detector 3 for the plate width end is provided. Further, a speed measuring device 4 of a rolled stock 2 and a peripheral speed measuring device 5 of the rolling roll are provided and the rolled stock speed (y), the roll peripheral speed (omegaR) are measured respectively. Then, the set position (x) of the plate width end detector 3 and the set camber (d0) of the preceding rolling pass are inputted into an arithmetic unit 6, the meandering magnitude at the roll position of the rolled stock 2 on rolling and the camber shape (d) are calculated. Because the measuring is performed by one plate width detecting device 3 and the speed detector 4 preventing effects from the side guide and a high pressure water, the measuring accuracy is improved.</p>
