The subject of this invention is an apparatus for pruning and cutting trees. The apparatus consists of a pruning device (10) for pruning trees, traction rollers (1, 2) for moving trees (21, 22) through the pruning device (10) and a load roller (3) or similar which presses the trees from above to prohibit them from rising, and a cutting saw (4) or similar to cut the trees passed through the pruning device (10) into desired length. Pruning device (10) includes restricted guidance rotating side blades (11, 12) which are guided according to the dimensions of the trees (21, 22), fixed under blade (13) and at least one mainly vertical middle blade (14) arranged above under blade (13) and between the side blades (11 and 12). The apparatus can handle multiple trees simultaneously.<IMAGE> |
