PURPOSE:To provide the titled printing head enabled in miniaturization and thickness reduction, constituted from such a mechanism that a curved protrusion is formed to the intermediate part of the printing wire made of a spring material and pressed from the almost right angle direction by the armature of an electromagnet to elongate the printing wire in printing. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of printing wires 6' each constituted from a spring material consisting of a base end 6a' to be supported, a curved protrusion 6b' formed to the intermediate part thereof and a free end 6c' to be struck is provided along with an electromagnetic apparatus for flattening the curved protrusion 6b' by pressing and elongating the printing wire 6c'. A return means 4' for returning the drive part 3' of the electromagnet apparatus to a return position and a plurality of guide bodies 9' of the printing wires 6' are provided. It is unnecessary to make each guide body of each printing wire long and dot printing can be performed by the short guide bodies 9'. |
