PURPOSE:To wind even a linear material having small diameter continuously by arranging a horizontal shaft type positioning roller rotatably while contacting with a winding core and arranging a vertical shaft type turn transferring roller at a position nearer to a feeding drum than the positioning roller having same width as the diameter of the turn transfer roller. CONSTITUTION:A positioning roller 20 is interlocked to rotate with a winding core 1 with lower outer circumferential portion thereof contacting with the outer circumference of the winding core 1 and contacted tightly with the winding core through no gap. A vertical shaft type first turn transfer roller 23A is arranged freely rotatably at the tip of a first supporting arm 24A and projected in the direction of a feeding drum 5. A lead-out wire material 7 is guided along one side of outer circumference and led to one sideface of the positioning roller 20. Since the width of the roller 20 is same as the diameter of the roller 23A, winding in second and following layers can be carried out changing fixing direction of the roller 20 with respect to a fixing shaft 22. Consequently, even a linear material having small diameter can be wound continuously. |
