A promotor for feeding oxygen to peripheral tissue. PROCESS:For example, a 2,3-di-O-acyl-D-ribofuranose 1,5-diphosphate derivative shown by the formula II (R<1> is a protecting group removal under catalystic hydrogen reduction, such as lower alkyl, substituted phenyl, benzyl, etc.) is subjected to catalystic hydrogen reduction in the presence of a solvent such as ethyl acetate, etc. using a novel catalyst such as platinum, palladium, etc. at about -10-+50 deg.C, to give a compound shown by the formulaI. The amount of the catalyst of novel metal used is preferably about 1-50wt% based on the compound shown by the formula II.</p> |
