<p>PURPOSE:To decrease troublesome operations at the time of a double insertion by detecting that double inserted recording and reproducing media are pulled out from a recording and reproducing device, and ejecting the recording and reproducing media loaded on the recording and reproducing device based on the detection. CONSTITUTION:A titled device is constituted of a pulling-out detector 2 to detect that double inserted recording and reproducing media pulled out from a recording and reproducing device and an ejecting driving means 7 to eject recording and reproducing media loaded on the recording and reproducing device based on the detection of the pulling-out detector 2. Thus, when another recording and reproducing media are double-inserted under the condition that the recording and reproducing media are loaded in the device, since the recording and reproducing media loaded already are ejected for the first time that double inserted recording and reproducing media are pulled out from the device, the ejection of the recording and reproducing media incidental to a double insertion is not prevented by the double inserted recording and reproducing media, and the smooth ejection can be executed.</p> |
