<p>PURPOSE:To accurately measure a tension by providing a disk having a disc section and a cylinder and secured to a capstan, a load cell for detecting a pressing force operating between a boss secured to a capstan shaft and the disc section, and an amplifier for amplifying the output of the cell. CONSTITUTION:A tension operating on a wire rope W is operated as a torque at a capstan 4. This torque presses a load cell 11 interposed between a lever 8 in contact through a pin 7 with an arm 3a of a boss 3 key-coupled to the tapered part 1a of a capstan shaft 1 through a pin 7 and a torque retainer 10 displaceably attached to the linear part of a protrusion of the disc secured to the edge face of the capstan 4 to generate an output. This output is amplified by an amplifier 16, produced through slip ring 2 out of the capstan 4, measured and displayed as a tension by a measuring unit.</p> |
