PURPOSE: To remove unnecessary components such as the coffee skin to effectively transfer only the required coffee powders by mounting a filter which consists of an inclined dividing surface dividing a grinding chamber into upper and lower parts and an opening passing the center of the inclined surface and formed to hang down toward the lower part of the grinding chamber. CONSTITUTION: Coffee beans are put in a mill case 2 by the desired amount and ground by driving and rotating a cutter device 3. In the mill case 2 the coffee skin with a light specific gravity, which is an unnecessary component, is collected in the center of the mill case 2 by turning airflow. The amounts of air in the mill case 2 are disturbed by the difference in internal pressure between the broad space part A and small space part B of the inclined lower surface of a filter 22 dividing the inside of the mill case 2 into upper and lower parts. Therefore, unnecessary components with a light specific gravity which collect at the center inside the mill case 2, such as the coffee skin, are sucked into a cylindrical part 22b and pumped up to a filter inclined surface part 22a. The unnecessary components pumped up are collected in a mill case upper chamber 2a formed by the filter inclined surface part 22a and a mill case lid 7. |
