The invention proposes a blind-tilting device, in particular for a slatted blind, which, in order to adjust at least three slat positions by a pulling element of the blind, exhibits a member which is intended for actuation and a helical spring which serves as a friction clutch, the member which is intended for actuation being configured as a control member for controlling the helical spring.
