PURPOSE:To improve the color developing property of a sensitive material and the fastness of a color image and to suppress the yellowing of the white ground by incorporating a specified cyan coupler. CONSTITUTION:The titled sensitive material contains a cyan coupler represented by formula I (where R1 is H, an aliphat. group, etc., R2 is an aliphat. or arom. group, etc., R3 is an aliphat. group, a hetero ring, etc., X is H or a group which is released by a coupling reaction with the oxidized product of a developing agent and each of Y1 and Y2 is a bivalent combining group or a single bond). A compd. represented by formula II may be used as the coupler. A benzotriazole UV absorber, a color mixing inhibitor such as alkylhydroquinones and a fading inhibitor may be used in combination with the coupler. |
