PURPOSE:To obtain the titled device to which a work can be attached with high accuracy, by positioning and attaching the work to an expander by a work holding supporter and a work positioning supporter that move vertically together with a ram. CONSTITUTION:An internal gear-shaped work W sent to a press machine is supported by a work holding supporter. The flange part F of the work W is held by the pressing face 20b of a work positioning supporter 20 by descent of a press ram 11. The ram 11 is lowered further, and the work W is engaged with an expander 52 and pushed into a collet 51. This positioning is detected by a limit switch (omitted in the figure), and if insufficient, the ram 11 is moved vertically to facilitate positioning of the work W together with rotation caused by vertical movement of a pin 29 that engages with the cam groove 16 of a guide ring 14. After setting the work W, the ram 11 is lowered further, and a punch 18 is moved into the expander 52 to expand it, and internal teeth (t) of the work is worked by external teeth 52a. |
