The dosing shutter has a housing (1) with a fluid supply pipe (14) attached on one side and a fluid discharge pipe (15) on the other side. Inside the housing is a movable valve body (2) with a passage (3) to selectably open or close the pipes. A channel (5) making an angle to and protruding into the passage extends to the wall of body. In the opposite wall is an opening (4) with a greater flow rate than the channel. Moving the body channel and opening, the supply and discharge pipes are connected. The housing also has an additive supply pipe with a valve which opens into the housing.
