PURPOSE:To prevent degradation of catalysts and clogging of a catalyst layer by injecting heated NH3 water into the flue gas duct on the upstream of the catalytic reaction column. CONSTITUTION:NH3 water is sent to a heater 5 from a NH3 water tank 1 by a pump 3, where said NH3 water is heated up to a temperature of 40-140 deg.C by steam 9, and jetted from a pressure control valve 7 into a flue gas duct 6. The NH3 water is vaporized under reduced pressure in an instant and mixed into the flue gas to be gasified before reaching a catalytic reaction column 8, where denitrification thereof is conducted. In this manner, attachment of ammonium sulfate caused by mists etc. to the catalysts is avoided, resulting in the prevention of degradation of catalyst and clogging of the catalyst layer. |
