<p>PURPOSE:To take out the high voltage output of the arbitrary number, an arbitrary voltage and an arbitrary leading time with a little area from one high voltage source by switching the clock of a high voltage transmission circuit by the comparison result of a reference voltage and the divided voltage of an output. CONSTITUTION:A higher voltage input 01 than a supply voltage is inputted to the high voltage transmission circuit 4 from a high voltage input terminal 1 and the high voltage output 02 is outputted from a high voltage output terminal 3 by the clock inputted from a clock input terminal 2. The output 02 is voltage divided with a certain voltage dividing ratio by a voltage dividing circuit 12 and inputted to the input terminal 10 of a comparison circuit 9. A reference voltage 13 is inputted to the input terminal 11 of the circuit 9 and the output of the circuit 9 is inputted to the control terminal 8 of a witch 7. In such a way, the switch 7 is controlled by the clock 3 to take out the high voltage output of the arbitrary number, the arbitrary voltage and the arbitrary leading time with a little area from one high voltage source.</p> |
