In the case of a service-water tapping arrangement, the service-water tapping valve (1) is connected to a hot-water storage tank (7) via a hot-water line (6). The cold-water tapping valve (2) is located on a cold-water main (8), which is also connected to the hot-water storage tank (7). In order to achieve cost-effective circulation operation, there is provided, in the vicinity of the tapping valves (1, 2), a bridging line (12) which connects the hot-water line (6) to the cold-water main (8). A circulating pump (13) is arranged in the bridging line (12). There is further provided a flow switch (15) which switches on the circulating pump (13) when the hot-water tapping valve (1) is switched on briefly. A temperature switch (16) switches the circulating pump (13) off again when the hot-water temperature is reached in the vicinity of the bridging line (12). <IMAGE>
