PURPOSE:To obtain a rotor which is easily molded with high accuracy by adhering a thin skin layer made of a synthetic resin on the surface of a core molded roughly in a rotor shape by using a mold. CONSTITUTION:The core 1 molded roughly out of thermoplastic resin or thermosetting resin by using a mold a little bit smaller than the external diameter of a molding is in the rotor shape having, for example, four teeth 2 which are twisted axially. Further, the core 1 has a groove 3 cut annularly at plural axial positions and a shaft 4 made of stainless steel, etc., is inserted integrally into the shaft core. Thus, the molded core 1 is fitted in the mold having a specific external diameter by using the shaft 4 as reference and injection molding is further performed thereupon; and the the thermoplastic resin or thermosetting resin which entering the gap between the mold and core 1 forms the thin and uniform skin layer 6 to cover the surface of the core 1 almost uniformly, thereby molding the specific rotor. |
