PURPOSE: To reduce the number of part items of a shoe molding metal mold and of a shoe manufacturing process by flowing in respective shoe molding materials in a layer shape through a common outflow part gate from respective exclusive inflow part gate inflow ports, and filling them in a shoe molding cavity as they are. CONSTITUTION: Respective shoe molding materials X1 and X2 injected from respective shoe molding material injection machines 10, are flowed in respective shoe molding material exclusive inflow part gates 61 from respective exclusive inflow part gate inflow ports 611. The respective shoe molding materials passing through there are flowed in the inflow side of a shoe molding material common outflow part gate 62 from exclusive inflow part gate outflow ports 612 mutually arranged at a prescribed angle. At this time, by a characteristic of a layer shape flow of the shoe molding materials having comparatively high viscosity, the respective shoe molding materials are hardly mixed, and show a layer condition. The layer-conditioned respective shoe molding materials passing through this gate 62 are simultaneously injected into a shoe molding cavity 50 from an independent common outflow gate outflow port 621, and are filled in a layer condition as they are. |
