PURPOSE: To prevent the deviation of a pitch by repeatedly reading final data from the head data of two kinds of adjacent signal parts in the sequence of storage at the designated number of times, changing a rate at which the two data are added by a designated step, and repeating this until the signal part designated in the sequence of storage. CONSTITUTION: The several kinds of one part of a musical sound signal stored in a prescribed format is selected and pitch-converted, and the pitch-converted signal is successively stored in a musical sound signal storage part 14. Then, the work of reading final data from each head data of two kinds of adjacent signal parts in the sequence of storage is repeated at the designated number of times, and the two data are added at a prescribed rate and outputted. Then, the rate at which the two data are added is changed by a designated step as necessary, and this operation is repeated until the signal part designated in the sequence of storage. Thus, the deviation of a musical interval is prevented. |
