PURPOSE:To prevent the stoppage of a prime mover at a cold time by making a low-pass filter ineffective when oil temperature is lowered below a defined value and a fuel feeing quantity to the prime mover is lowered below a defined value. CONSTITUTION:A low-pass filter 83 is necessary for the smooth transmission of a clutch pressure and for improving a feeding with respect to the rapid change in an input quantity theta during the engagement of a clutch 5 in the initial stage of engaging the clutch 5. However, this low-pass filter 83 has an adverse effect for rapidly disengaging the clutch 5 to prevent the stoppage of a prime mover 1 when the prime mover 1 becomes suddenly in an idling condition after engaging the clutch 5 at the time of low temperature. Hence, when it is detected that the oil temperature of a hydraulic pump 2 is lowered below a defied value by means of an oil temperature sensor 11 and that a fuel feeding quantity to the prime mover 1 is lowered below a defined value by means of an input quantity detecting means 12, the low-pass filter 83 is removed from a system. |
