<p>A device for filling trays, containing foodstuffs, with a neutral gas, installed in a mould above which is placed a bell-shaped element which applies and seals a closure and protection film on the trays. The device comprises a pipe (8b) for creating a vacuum and filling the volume of the tray with a neutral gas, a reserve 12 of neutral gas at atmospheric pressure connected to the pipe (8b). The reserve comprises a chamber and a wall (27) which can be deformed, the reserve supplies a tray with gas at atmospheric pressure and is supplied by a reservoir (14) of compressed gas. <IMAGE></p> |
