PURPOSE:To properly control the projecting state of the guiding beam light at a high speed and with high accuracy by using a means which controls the position of a beam projecting means to a moving vehicle as well as a means which controls the turning of the projecting means. CONSTITUTION:A laser light emitter 1 serving as a beam light projecting means is set on a mobile vehicle D to project the guiding beam light B in the length direction of a working process. An X-Y table 7 serving as a position control means is added to the vehicle D to control the emitter 1 toward the front side (Y axis direction) and the horizontal axis (X axis direction) against the vehicle D together with a turntable 8 serving as a turning control means which controls the turning of the emitter 1 around a vertical axis core Q against the vehicle D. Both the table 7 and the turntable 8 are provided with the motors containing rotary encoders respectively.
