摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain an oxide superconducting material having a specified compsn. by using as a starting material an aq. soln. of metals contg. a tert. alkylamine and/or quat. alkyl ammonium hydroxide as coprecipitating agent or pH adjuster and coprecipitating metal components from the aq. soln. CONSTITUTION:An oxide superconducting material is obtd. by using, for example, an aq. soln. of metal salts consisting of salts of Y, Ba, and Cu, as starting materials and coprecipitating metal components in the presence of a coprecipitating agent or a pH adjuster described hereunder. The useful coprecipitating agent or pH adjuster is tertiary alkylamine (e.g., triethylamine) and/or quat. alkyl ammonium hydroxide (e.g. quat. tetraethyl ammonium hydroxide). Since these compds. are org. compds., the may be removed by decomposition in the calcination stage even if they are left by being adsorbed to the surface of solid phase after coprecipitation. Moreover, formation of cuparammine complex ion can be prevented. Accordingly, since whole of the Cu component is adsorbed to the coprecipitate, an oxide superconductor having a specified compsn. is obtd.
