PURPOSE:To simplify forming process and reduce the loss of material, by a method wherein slash molding tools are turned and PVC resin powder is adhered to the mold surfaces of the tools to gel it while PVC resin sheet on the outer periphery of a decorative sheet is melted to integrate it with the gelled skin layer. CONSTITUTION:The mold temperature of slash molding tools 18 is set at 190-210 deg.C. A decorative sheet 14 is set on the upper surface of the tip end 20a of a dwelling bar 20 so that the cloth 15 thereof is set at the side of the surface of the sheet 14 and a heat insulative rubber material 21 is set on the upper surface of the sheet 14. The terminal 16a of a PVC sheet 16 is positioned at the outside of the dwelling bar 19 slightly. A powder supplying box 17 is fixed to the tool 18 and the slash molding tools 18 as well as the powder supplying box 17 are turned to adhere and gel PVC resin powder P along a mold surface 18a and form a skin layer 13 along the mold surface 18a while the outer peripheral end 16a of the PVC resin sheet 16 is melted to integrate the PVC resin sheet 16 with the skin layer 13. |
