Threaded hinge, particularly for doors and windows, comprised of two parts (1, 2) to be screwed into a leaf and into a storey, the part (1) to be screwed into the leaf comprising a threaded shaft (3) and a sleeve (5) secured perpendicularly to the end thereof and the part (2) to be screwed into the storey comprising another threaded shaft (6) and a broach (11) secured perpendicularly to the end thereof by inserting a substantially L-shaped intermediate part (9) so that, in a utilization position, when the broach (11) is pivotingly inserted in the sleeve (5), both threaded shafts (3, 6) are arranged so as to pivot in the same plane about the longitudinal axis of the broach (11) acting as a rotation center, thereby enabling the suppression of any additional torsion movement. The present hinge to be screwed may be manufactured according to a process whereby a cylindrical steel part used as a starting material is cut with a length determined by the final product, double bent at 90<o> at two locations corresponding to the threaded shaft (6)-intermediate part (9) area and to the intermediate part (9)-broach (11) area, and flattened by cold stamping in the intermediate part region, the broach (11) and a conical rod (7) being formed at the end of the threaded shaft (6) before the intermediary part (9) is bent at 90<o> and before the thread of the threaded shaft (6) is formed by circular pressing.
