The pump has an endless feed chamber with a non-expandable conveyor belt (37) passed aroudn a pair of deflection rollers (27,32) withint he pump housing (5). The outer surface of the conveyor belt (37) has resilient teeth (38) with their end faces sliding along the side wall (41) of the pump housing (5) to define a succession of feed chambers (39). One of the deflection rollers (27) is driven by an electric motor (7), with the motor housing (9) enclosed by a cylindrical mantle (3) defining an annular channel (10) communicating with the pump housing (5) at the other deflection point of the conveyor belt (37). ADVANTAGE - Optimum fluid displacement with reduced losses.
