SYRINGE FOR MEDICAL APPLICATIONS

Injection syringe has a needle adapter with a neck for the needle and with a union cap to hold it on the mouthpiece of the syringe cylinder. The adapter is made of an elastomer and the union cap is made of a plastic material which has a much greater rigidity. Union cap has an extension collar which encloses and stiffens the neck of the needle adapter. A tip cap can be used to close the adapter when no needle is inserted.
