Process consisting in emulsifying a basic product containing the material originating from fermentation of beet molasses with fat. This invention fulfils a twofold objective: - Increasing the nutritional value of the liquid coproduct by the addition of fats; - Reducing constraints linked to the use of fats. Our process consists in: - Stirring the coproduct containing the betaine and the fat in liquid form; - Stabilising, if necessary, by adding a viscosity-increasing or viscosity-reducing agent. Our invention is more particularly intended for animal feed. However, its field of application may extend to industries requiring binders. |
