<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a malfunction, i.e., all-clearing action by using a means which discriminates whether an initial value setting means should be actuated or not. CONSTITUTION:When an AC output is produced, the information on a means 14 which stores an AC flag is read out via a bus line 18 and a logical arithmetic means 17 decides whether the information on the means 14 is equal to '0' or '1'. If said information is equal to '0', the information is turned into '1' and written into the means 14 again via the line 18. Then the information on a means 15 which counts the time required up to the next AC input is read out via the line 18. The information is set at '0' by a logical arithmetic means 17 and written again to the means 15 via the line 18. When the information on the means 14 is equal to '1', '0' is written into the means 14 by the means 17 via the line 18. Then the initial value is totally set at a system via the line 18 and based on the information on an initial value setting means 16.</p> |
