<p>Litter box (or trough) for domestic animals, in particular cats. It consists of a horizontal cylindrical or polygonal chamber (2) holding the litter in the bottom, said chamber being fitted with means allowing a 360 DEG rotation about its longitudinal axis and possessing internally, on the one hand a harrow (6) which rotates integrally with the cylinder and is fixed on the latter's inside surface, and on the other hand a receptacle (7) which is automatically retractable between a rest position where it is drawn back against the inner wall of the cylinder and a use position in which it is towards the central vertical plane of the cylinder and cooperates with the harrow in order to receive the excrement which the latter collects as it passes through the litter. <IMAGE></p> |
