PURPOSE:To treat chip parts irrespective of their dimensions by arranging a heater at one end of an S-shaped cylindrical container and by feeding the chip parts without arraying them, thereby making a magnet move along the external wall of its container. CONSTITUTION:Coconut oil 29 having the high boiling point at the upper part of an S-shaped cylindrical glass container 28 is heated with a heater 30. The special gravity of its oil 29 becomes small and a convection current is generated only at the upper part which gives rise to a temperature gradient in the oil 29 where its internal temperature has a slant from upper to lower part and from high to low temperature and then its base side can maintain a normal temperature. Once chip parts 7 are fed from an upper face opening 32 to the inside of the container 28 through a part feeder 31, the parts gather at a point A of the base side in the container 28 as the chip parts 34 treated with electrodes. This device makes a ringed permanent magnet 33 move to the point A and allows the chip parts 34 to be attracted to the internal wall of the container 28 and to move up to the point B at the surface of coconut oil 35 having a low temperature and also makes its oil 29 which is attached to the chip parts 34 separate and fall from their parts. If the magnet 33 moves up to a point C of a takeoff opening 36 and is divided and then is separated from the external wall of the container 28, the chip parts 34 fall in the container 37. |
