PURPOSE:To efficiently separate solid and liquid from gas by detecting and controlling the temp. and gas flow rate in the apparatus for separating solid and liquid from gas by using centrifugal force in a curved duct. CONSTITUTION:The apparatus for separating solid and liquid from gas for the purpose of collecting snow, rain and dust in the air is constituted in such a way that the outdoor air is sucked into the curved duct 2 by a blower 7 and the foreign matters are discharged from an ejector 5 through a separation duct 3. A temp. detector 12 is provided in a suction grille 1 and a damper 13 adjusting the air flow sent to the ejector 5 is provided in a chamber so that the air flow rate sent to the ejector 5 is controlled to be increased or decreased respectively according to whether the temp. of outdoor is below or over the temp. of snowing state. Consequently, the air flow rate is controlled according to the required condition with the result the power of the blower 7 is saved.
