PURPOSE:To simplify an aligner in structure as well as to improve accuracy in constant space alignment by installing a turbine-form aligning wheel, rotating around a horizontal shaft at circumferential speed slower than a conveyor and provided with partition plates at regular intervals, in a belt conveyor starting end, in case of an aligner for coke or the like. CONSTITUTION:Massive material 8 in a hopper 6 is fed to a rotary cone feeder 4 from a vibrating feeder 5 and moved to a peripheral edge of this rotary cone feeder 4 by dint of circular centrifugal force. Next, it is attracted one by one by a suction feeder 3 and dropped down in each compartment of a sligning wheel 2. The massive material 8 is moved as being rolled along a guide palte 22 together with the aligning wheel 2, and fed to a conveying surface at a starting end of a belt conveyor 1. At this time, circumferential speed of the aligning wheel 2 is slower than conveying speed of the belt conveyor 1 so that the massive material 8 on the conveyor 1 is aligned 1 is aligned in keeping a constant space. With this constitution, they are aligned in the constant space at high accuracy and conveyable in this way.
