PURPOSE:To achieve highly accurate medium conveying control at maintenance free by controlling the action of a conveyor motor all the time on the basis of the data according to the external factor. CONSTITUTION:At the stage of a pretest for a device conveying a conveyor medium of a passbook or the like, input data 1 for the degree of influence in each parameter are inputted in advance and fed to an input judging part 2, and the input data are judged here. And, corresponding to the input data, transfer parts 3 and 4 are automatically used, and the data are distributed to each of data tables 51-54 of a data memory part and stored therein. And, after all data are stored, the pertinent control data are picked up from the specified position of this data memory on the basis of a signal out of a sensor part 22 by data judging parts 6 and 7. And, a control data table to a medium is determined, and it is fed to a driving control part 8 of a motor 12 as a signal and stored in the memory.
