PURPOSE:To enable a control in a wide adjustment range of a flow of fluid jetted under a fixed pressure by combining a by-pass nozzle and a pump with the flow control valve with which a fluid flow can be successively and proportionally controlled. CONSTITUTION:Kerosene in a kerosene tank 40 is fed to a by-pass nozzle 41 under a fixed pressure by an electromagnetic pump P. The kerosene is sprayed toward a combustion chamber from a nozzle hole 41a under the fixed pressure to be burned. A part of kerosene not sprayed by the by-pass nozzle 41 passes a flow control valve SV under the fixed pressure to be fed back to the kerosene tank 40. If a temperature within the furnace of the boiler is always monitored by a sensor, a deviation between this value and a standard value is fed back, and a coil voltage of the flow control valve SV is automatically adjusted, a flow of kerosene flowing within the system can be automatically controlled by a proportional flow control with a wide adjustment range in a nearly fixed condition. Therefore, a flow of the fuel sprayed from the by-pass nozzle under the fixed pressure can be adjusted to a proper value, thus enabling the temperature within the furnace of the boiler to be brought in an agreement with a command.
