PURPOSE:To prevent an envelope from being wrinkled by providing a paper peeling claw which abuts on a fixing roller and plural auxiliary rollers which force the envelope to move toward a press-contacting roller right behind where the envelope is fixed and sent out of the couple of fixing rollers. CONSTITUTION:The fixing roller couple consists of the thermal fixing roller 1 which has an infrared-ray lamp 3 in an aluminum-made pipe having a 'Teflon(R)' coating, etc., and the press-contacting roller 2 which has a silicone rubber film. This device consists of the paper peeling claw 5 which is pressed against the thermal fixing roller 1 by a press-contacting spring 4, the auxiliary roller 6 supported rotatably on the paper peeling claw 5, and the auxiliary roller 7 which is pressed against the press-contacting roller 2 with a low press- contacting force for rotation as the press-contacting roller 2 rotates. Consequently, the envelope is pressed against the press-contacting roller 2 and wound partially, and thus the top and reverse of the envelope are equalized in moving speed, thereby preventing the envelope from being wrinkled.
