PURPOSE:To accurately position a lead spacing by forming parts by rolling in one band-shaped conductive foil, the vicinity of one end of which is connected to the prescribed lead of a lead frame with plural leads, and the vicinity of the other end of which is connected to another lead, and two insulation films, as making the lead frame be a rolling core. CONSTITUTION:The lead frame 20 is provided with, at least, three plate-shaped leads 24a, 24b, 14c, previously fromed as the spacing is determined, and one ends of them are connected to each other by using a connecting member 22. In its manufacturing process, the band-shaped conductive foil 28 for electricity conduction and the band-shaped conductive foil 30 for earthing are connected to the respective lead 24a, 24b. Next, the insulation films 32, 34 such as condenser paper are interposed between the respective band-shaped conductive foils 28, 30. The band-shaped conductive foils 28, 30 being alternately put upon another through the insulation film, are rolled in flatly into a tubular shape by a prescribed number of turns, as making the lead frame 20 be the rolling core. Accordingly, the respective leads 24a-24c can be lead-arranged in a straight line and in addition, at the expected spacing.
