<p>PURPOSE:To enable the title method to form easily an excellent kneaded matter for waterproof concrete, by adding specific silica and powdery surface-active agent at the time of preparation. CONSTITUTION:Mixture powder of granular fumed silica and a powdery surface- active agent is added and mixed up at the time of kneading, mixing and preparation of depositing concrete. In the case where it is aimed at waterproofing and saving of cement, loading of a fumed silica is 3-10% preferably. In the case where it is aimed at waterproofing and improving in strength of the concrete, the loading of a fumed silica is 3-20% preferably. As the powdery surface-active agent promotes dispersion of the cement and fumed silica within the concrete, workability of the concrete is kept constant without increasing a unit quantity of water and the result turns out favorable. It is preferable that the loading is 0.1-1.4% based on a weight of the cement.</p> |
