<p>PURPOSE:To reduce dependency on pressure by applying a hydrostatic press or combining the hydrostatic press and steam vulcanization. CONSTITUTION:Piezoelectric porcelain powder is mixed into an organic base material, the mixture is molded to a specified shape, and a hydrostatic press is applied under an unvulcanized state. Consequently, when the hydrostatic press is applied under the unvulcanized state after molding, the material receives pressure from the whole circumference, and an air layer is compressed and parted, and dispersed into the material. Accordingly, even when a composite material is used under high pressure, an effect by the change of the air layer in the periphery of porcelaim powder is reduced, thus lowering dependency on pressure. When the hydrostatic press is applied and steam vulcanization is executed, the material is pressed at a high temperature from the whole circumference of the material, and the same effect as the hydrostatic press is applied is generated.</p> |
