<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a small-sized and light-weight chopper by using a drive control transistor chopper circuit as for charging a battery in combination. CONSTITUTION:Contactors S1-S3 of a breaker are closed at the running time, and a forward contactor 7 or a reverse contactor 8 is operated. Then, the conducting times of transistors TR1, TR2 of a transistor chopper circuit are controlled through diodes D3, D4 by a run instructing circuit 11 to control the speed of a drive motor 4. Contactors S1-S3 of a breaker are opened at the charging time, an AC power source voltage AC is applied thereto, and the transistors TR1, TR2 of the transistor chopper circuit are operated in high frequency through diodes D11, D12 by a charge instructing circuit 12. A current supplied from secondary coils 16, 17 to the battery 1 can be limited by controlling the conducting times of the transistors.</p> |
