PURPOSE:To form an image without omitting the image of a second original by deciding the image forming magnification according to the size of the second original and the size of an image formed sheet which is formed for the first time in the case of forming images on both sides or in the case of multiple image formation. CONSTITUTION:In the case of forming images on both sides or in the case of multiple image formation, the image forming magnification is inputted from an input part and the size of the original is detected by an original size detecting means. Based on the signals of the detecting means and the input part, a sheet size selection means 62a selects the sheet. And the images of the original can be formed on the sheet in a specified magnification. When the image formation for the second time is executed to the said sheet, the image forming magnification for the second time is decided according to the size of the second original and the size of the sheet in a magnification decision means 62b and the image of the second original can be formed on the sheet in this image formation. Thus, the image can be prevented from formed in a state where the image of the second original is omitted. |
