PURPOSE:To report finished time accurately, by outputting a finish signal, when the measured value of a bodily temperature keeps a reference value or more for a specified time period, the amount of time change is within a specified range, and said amount continues for a specified time period. CONSTITUTION:A bodily-temperature measuring means 1 outputs the bodily temperature data of a person under examination to a temperature comparing part 4 at every several seconds. When the input signal is higher than a first reference level, the comparing part 4 makes a counting circuit 6 to operate. When the counted number is larger than a second reference value, a count allowance signal is outputted to a counting circuit 5. Meanwhile, a comparing part 3 for the changing amount of the bodily temperature outputs the amount of time change based on the input signal of the bodily temperature data and the previous signal. When the amount is within a third reference value, a changing-amount allowance signal is outputted to the circuit 5. After the allowance signal is inputted, the circuit 5 counts the changing-amount allowance signals. When the value is higher than a specified value, a finish signal is outputted. Therefore, the finished time can be accurately reported.
