PURPOSE:To bind insulating wires safely by bending a belt-formed thin plate into U-shape, inserting plural insulating wires inside the U-shape, and imposing a pressure to the wires from the opening side. CONSTITUTION:In a calking jig 3 which consists of an upper pattern 3a and the lower pattern 3b, a pressing rod 3a-1 buffed with a compressive spring 3a-2 inside the upper pattern 3a is arranged being hung at the center position of calking movable in the direction of the calking. By using a calking jig 3 which has recesses 3c in the form to calk a binding ring 1 in a ring form by combining the upper and the lower patterns 3a and 3b, and the binding ring 1, plural insulating wires are bound into a single line. Consequently, the pressing rod 3a-1 which is buffed by the compressive spring 3a-2 can impose a constant pressure to the insulating wires 2 in the process of calking until the U-shaped opening is closed, and the insulating wires 2 are prevented from pinching partially or swelling out. |
