PURPOSE:To prevent breaking of wire by loosening or expansion and increase life of the heater panel of the title by providing cut parts inclined inward in the opposite directions alternately at both edges of a heat resistant insulating plate facing each other and putting heating wire to be engaged at the parts. CONSTITUTION:Cut parts 103 are formed in both ends of a heat resistant insulating plate 101 facing each other, and heating wire 102 is wound around it to be stopped at the cut parts. The cut parts 103 are inclined inward and directed in the opposite directions alternately, so the wire 102 is completely stopped. For loosening produced when the wire 102 is wound around the plate 101 or expansion caused by heating, the engaged parts will not get off to contact with each other, thereby troubles of wire breaking caused by abnormal high temperature can be prevented preliminarily. A heater panel which is durable to use of a long period can thus be obtained.
