PURPOSE:To cause air to enter from an atomization cup to a water tank even in case of a maximum inclination of an automobile and to prevent the atomization cup from being located at an abnormal high level when the automobile is returned back to its horizontal position by a method wherein a height of a water passage connecting a sealed tank with the atomization cup opened to the surrounding atmosphere and having an oscillator at a water bottom part is specified. CONSTITUTION:A sealed water tank 1 is removably set at one side of a main body 2 of a water tank 1, a sealed water passage 3 is formed in the main body 2 and water 5 in the water tank 1 is supplied to an atomization cup 4 at the other side of the main body 2. The atomization cup 4 is provided with an oscillator 6 and fog 9 generated under an ultra-sonic wave vibration is blown from a blowing outlet port 8 into a compartment under operation of a fan 7. It is assumed that a height of (h1) of the water passage 3 has a relation of h1<=h2-(w/2)tantheta, where the width of the atomization cup 4 is (w) and a maximum depth is (h2) where the atomization cup 4 can perform a normal operation. In this case, even if the automobile is inclined in its maximum inclination angle theta, no air is flowed into the water tank 1 and when the automobile is returned back to its horizontal position, the water level in the atomization cup 4 may not be abnormally increased over such a level as one capable of performing an operation and thus a normal atomization processing can be performed.
