PURPOSE:To obtain the title decorative sheet without producing cracking and peeling and having excellent durability with good productivity by coating an inorg. paint contg. a metal alkoxide as the binder on the surface of the formed coated film on an inorg. base material obtained by coating an UV-curing paint on the surface and projecting UV rays on the paint. CONSTITUTION:The UV-curing paint is coated on the surface of an inorg. base material such as an asbestos cement slate, an asbestos calcium silicate board, and an gypsum slag board as a primer, then UV rays of 200-600nm wavelength is projected for 0.1-several sec from a high-pressure mercury lamp, etc., to cure the paint and to form a coated film so that 0.1-10% of the functional group such as OH and COOH in the component is left in the coated film. Subsequently, the inorg. paint contg. a metal alkoxide shown by the formula, wherein M is Si, Ti, Al, Zr, Sr, Ba, Pb, Sn, La, Na, and Fe, and (n) is 1-4, as the binder is coated on the surface of the formed film, and cured.
