FLAT TYPE IMAGE DISPLAY DEVICE

摘要

PURPOSE:To reduce electrode materials so as to decrease a cost of this display device by forming a group of electron beam drawing/controlling electrodes to be divided every linear electron beams in a flat type image display device. CONSTITUTION:Vertical scanning electrodes 12 are disposed at prescribed intervals in the vertical direction V on an insulation supporting plate 11 which forms a back image electrode in a flat type TV receiver. Linear cathodes 10 serving as linear electron sources are disposed at prescribed pitches. A group of electron beam drawing/controlling electrodes 13 to 18 are disposed on the vertical scanning electrodes 12 in this TV receiver. A group of horizontal deflecting electrodes 19 to 21 are formed on pole braces 29, and the group of electron beam drawing/controlling electrodes 13 to 18 are composed to be divided every linear cathodes 10, so that electrode materials are reduced to decrease a cost of this display device.
