CONSTITUTION:The video signal to be collated with comparison is subjected to A/D conversion 1 and a converted video signal 101 is stored in a memory 2. On the other hand, a received video signal is subjected to A/D conversion 1, fed to a comparator 3 as a signal 102 and collated by being compared with the video signal 103 read from the memory 2. This compared output signal controls a video control switch 4 and the start and completion of video are executed.
