<p>PURPOSE:To weld fine wires to a substrate with no gap left between the fine wires by tilting and transferring the alignment plane of wire rods consisting of many fine wires at the specific angle to the horizon. CONSTITUTION:Wire rods 1 consisting of many fine wires are aligned in parallel nearly on one plane, the plane is tilted at the inclination angle of 15-90 deg., preferably 30-45 deg., to the feed direction of the wire rods 1, and the fine wires are closely stuck and welded to a substrate 5 transferred synchronously with the wire rods 1. The fine wires can be thereby closely stuck simply with the self- weight of the fine wires constituting the wire rods 1 and easily soldered to the substrate 5 with no gap left between the fine wires without using a special device.</p> |
