PURPOSE:To easily adjust the pressure contact state of a valve seat by providing a gear which can be rotated from the outside when a cover is detached on an adjusting fitting where a circular sheet receiver is slidably mounted. CONSTITUTION:The first adjusting fitting 9 is threaded on a portion communicating with an inflow port 2 of a main body 4, and the second adjusting fitting 10 is threaded on a portion communicating with an outflow port 3. Gears 11 are respectively fixed to the outer peripheries of the first adjusting fitting 9 and the second adjusting fitting 10. The first circular sheet receiver 12 is mounted on the first adjusting fitting 9 in such a manner as to slider in the axial direction, and similarly the second circular sheet receiver 13 is slidably mounted on the second adjusting fitting 10. The pressure contact of both valve seats 15 can be freely adjusted by controlling the amount of rotation of the gears 11, and after adjustment, a cover 7 is fixed to a main body 4.
